Why did you make this dish?:
Its a great thing to have for tea on a Saturday.
I made breadcrumbs by baking a few slices of bread until it was hard. I then grated the bread. I sprinkled salt and pepper onto raw chicken before cutting into cubes. I then coated the cubed chicken in flour followed by egg (a whole egg whisked together) followed by breadcrumbs. I fried the nuggets in oil for a few minutes until crisp. They then were transferred onto a baking tray and baked in the oven for 25 min on gas mark 6. I served them with a side salad.
Salt and pepper, chicken breast, egg, plain flour, sliced bread, oil, (side salad to serve).
