Why did you make this dish?:
For my packed lunch.
First we cooked the sushi rice like it says on the instructions. Then we spread it on to a piece of seaweed and laid the cooked beans on that in a row. Next we put on some shrimp. Then we rolled the seaweed and rice up into a tube using a bamboo mat. Then we squeezed it to make sure the ingredients were in the seaweed. Finally we cut it into pieces and put it in my lunch box.
Bamboo mat for rolling up the sushi, 6 cooked shrimp, 8 cooked green beans, 2 pieces of seaweed for sushi, 1/4 cup sushi rice.
